1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Ncaps Infotech, Bengaluru, India ("we", "us") for the BillDash Android app and the website getbilldash.in. By installing or using BillDash you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

2. Using BillDash

• BillDash is free to download and use for billing, sales, expenses and reports, with no limit on bills or products.
• You may use BillDash for your own business. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer or modify the app, or use it for anything unlawful.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from your business owner or guardian, to use BillDash.

3. BillDash Pro subscription

• BillDash Pro is an optional paid subscription that removes ads and adds automatic Google Drive backups. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
• Payments are processed by Google Play. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period (monthly or yearly) until you cancel.
• You can cancel any time in the Google Play Store app → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; Pro features stay until the end of the period already paid for.
• Refunds are handled under Google Play's refund policy.
• We may change Pro features or prices in the future. Price changes won't apply to a period you've already paid for, and Google Play will tell you before a new price applies.

4. Your data and backups

• Data you enter belongs to you and is stored on your device (see the Privacy Policy).
• You are responsible for keeping backups. Data can be lost if your phone is lost, damaged or reset, or if the app is uninstalled. Use Backup & Restore or Google Drive backup regularly.
• Google Drive backup depends on Google's services and your Google account; we are not responsible if Google's services are unavailable.

5. Bills, prices and GST

BillDash helps you create bills and reports, including GST amounts and GST reports. You are responsible for the prices, tax rates, GSTIN and other details you enter, for the accuracy of the bills you issue, and for your tax filings and legal compliance. Reports are provided for convenience and are not tax, accounting or legal advice — please check them with your accountant before filing.

6. Ads and third-party services

The free version shows ads served by Google AdMob. BillDash also uses services from Google, Meta and Pexels (listed in the Privacy Policy). Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party ads, websites or services.

7. Updates and availability

We may update, change or stop any feature of BillDash at any time, for example to fix bugs, improve the app or meet Google Play requirements. We try to keep BillDash working well but don't promise it will always be available or error-free.

8. No warranty

BillDash is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Ncaps Infotech is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profits, revenue or business, arising from your use of or inability to use BillDash. Our total liability for any claim relating to BillDash is limited to the amount you paid us for BillDash Pro in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Ending use

You can stop using BillDash at any time by uninstalling it (cancel any Pro subscription in Google Play first). We may suspend access to Pro features if a subscription isn't paid or these Terms are seriously broken.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any rights you have under consumer protection law.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use BillDash after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
